You can place an order with Snapfish online anytime, day or night. You can also make Snapfish photo orders in Boots stores for collection. In some cases, a one hour print service is available. Boots is often open between 08:00 and 18:00, although there is some variation between branches.

If you wish to contact Snapfish directly, you can phone, email or speak to their Live Chat support agents. To phone, you can call on 0203 684 7993 between 09:00 and 18:00, excluding bank holidays. The email web form is always available and responses come in within 24 hours. Making use of the Live Chat support agents is often the fastest way to contact Snapfish. Delivery Information

Postage rates and delivery times range according to the product ordered.

Prints will arrive at your door between 3 and 6 working days after your order is placed. Tracked Books will be delivered between 3 and 5 working days, while Express Tracked Books have a guaranteed delivery of 3 working days. All other items have an estimated delivery of between 4 and 7 working days.

Prints and Enlargements orders of up to 400 in number cost £1.99 for delivery. For orders of more than 400, delivery is free.

All items ordered can be tracked using the individual tracking code sent to the email address your account is registered with. The steps for tracking your order are contained in this email.

Returns Policy

To replace an item or to have one refunded, contact Snapfish through any of the three methods detailed above. Both instances will require your order number and a description of your problem. In the case of a returned order, Snapfish will pay the postage rate. Refunds will be paid after a period of 48 to 72 hours.

To cancel an order, action must be taken within 25 minutes. If an order has been placed in error, you must contact customer services. No other cancellations or adjustments can be made.
