Store opening times differ from store to store and in different areas, with some shops opening at later times such as on retail parks or in late night shopping centres, however generally (particularly high street stores) are open at the following times:

Delivery Information

Beaverbrooks offer a great selection of delivery options from next day delivery up to three working days, with free Standard delivery to UK and Northern Ireland addresses on orders of over £50. Alternatively, collections from any store are always available throughout the week and at the weekend. There are some exceptions to delivery times, such as those ordering for delivery to addresses within Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Scilly Isles. Other exceptions may occur when a product is bespoke, such as the ordering of specific ring sizes which may need to be ordered from a supplier, when Interest Free Credit is being used as the means of payment, over bank holidays and during times of adverse weather conditions.

Returns Policy

The Beaverbrooks returns policy is extremely straightforward with refunds or exchanges offered for unworn products being returned in 30 days, when in the original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase or a receipt.

Some exceptions to this are for products such as pre-owned watches, which must be returned within 14 days, bespoke items or special orders, which cannot be returned after purchase, and orders which were paid using PayPal or Interest Free Credit, which should be returned to the following address:

Beaverbrooks also regret to be unable to resize some rings, such as those of certain metals and styles, for example those with a design or stones set around the band.

This cover must be purchased within 30 days of original purchase with the item and your receipt as proof of ownership.

Unfortunately Beaverbrooks does have a selection of negative reviews online, however this is an extremely small proportion of the customers whom Beaverbrooks assists everyday both on and offline.
