Returns Policy

Provided any items are returned within 28 day in a suitable condition for resale, Ryman will offer a full refund on any order.

Returns can be be made in several ways:

Postal return:Ryman ask that you return any packages with a copy of your receipt or invoice enclosed to the contact address above.They suggest that you return the goods via registered post to protect yourself if your parcel should go missing.

In store return:All Ryman products can be returned to any of their stores with the exception of furniture orders and orders made on eBay or Amazon. Make sure to bring a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase if you require a refund, without it you can only get an exchange.
