Machine Mart opening times can vary depending on the retail park or local shopping area, but most stores are open:

Delivery Information

Machine Mart can only deliver to the UK mainland; however, the mail order department can help arrange delivery to other locations - these deliveries may take up to 30 days. It may also incur an additional cost.

Standard delivery is £4.99 for orders 30 kg and under; it takes three to five working days. If you need the item sooner, next working day delivery is available for £7.99 when you order before 2.30pm. If your order is more than 30kg, there will be an extra delivery charge.

Heavy deliveries will need to be accepted and signed for by an adult. If you have a large order or one of your items is out of stock, it may need to be broken up into several deliveries.

Items from the Machine Mart Xtra range are not stocked in Machine Mart's warehouse and as such may take up to 28 days to be delivered. These items will be marked in your shopping basket so that you will be aware of the wait time.

You can also choose to Click & Collect on any items marked with 'Store Collection'; this service is free of charge. In order to guard against fraud, you need to bring in your payment card and if you paid using gift vouchers, you'll need a form of photographic ID. Items generally take about three to four days before they are ready for collection. If you do not collect within 14 days of being notified that your goods are available to collect, the order will be cancelled and your card will be refunded

Returns Policy

Customers have up to 14 days after receiving their order to return items without giving a reason, unless the item was customised in some way. Refunds will be returned to the payment card or gift voucher within 30 days.

Unless customers have received the wrong item or the goods arrived damaged, it is the customer's responsibility to return goods at their own expense. In the case of faulty or incorrect items, Machine Mart will cover the cost of return using a nominated carrier. Items that arrived damaged have a seven-day return policy.
