Healthspan is a 24-hour online retailer. Most UK orders placed are shipped the following working day. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, you can contact Healthspan's free customer service hotline from 9am-6pm seven days per week, with additional email and live chat services available on the Healthspan website.

Delivery Information

Delivery of orders placed on the Healthspan website is provided by PostDirect. Standard cost of postage is £2.25 for UK orders, rising to £3.95 for the rest of Europe and £5.95 for the rest of the world.

Healthspan runs a continual customer tracking service, and over 93% of customers receive their packs within four working days. If your order does not arrive within 10 working days, Healthspan will dispatch a replacement at no extra cost.

Selected products from VetVits and Healthspan Elite qualify for free UK delivery within two to three working days.

Standard deliveries are dispatched in letter box-friendly packaging via standard mail, so your orders should arrive with your regular post and you're less likely to need to go to the post office to collect.

If you would like to receive your delivery more quickly, Healthspan also offers a PostDirect Courier service for UK delivery. Courier deliveries will require a signature from the recipient. If you are unable to sign for your parcel, it will be returned to the depot and you will be provided with a number to call in order to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery.

Returns Policy

Customer service and satisfaction is the highest priority at Healthspan, with a no-quibble refund guarantee allowing you to try out new products with confidence.

You may return an item at any time, providing the products have not passed their sell-by date. Simply contact customer services to receive a postage-paid returns label, and you will receive a refund within 14 days. If you return a product that was delivered faulty or misdescribed, Healthspan will refund the full price of the item, plus any applicable delivery charges.

You can also cancel orders you have not yet received at any time by contacting customer services or completing a simple form on the Healthspan website.

Security & Reviews

Healthspan is committed to providing a safe and secure online shopping experience. Your data will never be shared or sold to any third party except where that party requires the data to provide order delivery. Healthspan works with Cybersource - a trusted card payment management system - to securely process online transactions, and your card details are not stored on any internal servers.
