Look Again is an online company with a 24-hour customer services number and email as a form of contact, which means they can be contacted 24/7. There are no Look Again stores as of yet. Lookagain.co.uk offers a number of different delivery options, including standard delivery at £3.99, which takes two to four days (excluding bank holidays) and operates only within the UK. Next day delivery is also an option for shoppers at £5.99 for UK deliveries (although not every item is available for next day delivery – items that are available for this service are specified on their product image). Items have to be placed Monday to Saturday and before 8pm are eligible for next day delivery (some areas have options for next day delivery between Monday to Friday up to 9pm). Stated day delivery is also an option for shoppers, you can choose a date that is convenient for you for £5.99 up to seven days in advance. Look Again is also part of the Parcel Shop network – you can opt to have your delivery sent to a MyHermes ParcelShop (note: not all items are eligible for this free service). For larger home items, delivery dates are specified when you make the order and delivery costs vary from £10 to £60 – costs are stated on each product's description. Deliveries to the rest of Europe take between two to six days.

Items are eligible to be returned under Look Again's Home Approval Policy within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason for needing a refund. The right to cancel goods does not apply to any personalised items and made-to-order items, nor can items be returned that pose health or hygiene risks (if they become unsealed after delivery), such as lingerie or earrings. You can cancel your order via email or with a written letter that includes your name, address, account number, order/invoice number, item number, and the date, before the cancellation period has ended. You can also use the online cancellation form under the “Help section” of the website to do this. If you cancel your order it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage, unless you had free delivery or free next day delivery, in which case the return would be free. If you use the Look Again courier service to make your order, Look Again will also match the direct cost of the return postage. Refunds will be credited within 7 days but allow up to 10. 

Look Again promises that any card transactions made via their site are encrypted and uses Mastercard SecureCode to secure your purchase and to verify your identity. The company also use Verified by Visa to confirm your identity and safety online if you pay with a Visa card. There aren't many reviews on TrustPilot for the site, and the total reviews are above average. One reviewer had some difficulties with shipping, but Look Again's customer services are much improved and assists its customers to the best of its ability with its 24-hour customer care lines and email services.
